Job description
The Recruiter is responsible for driving full-cycle recruitment for SIG SAUER, Inc., supporting both high-volume and specialty talent acquisition efforts, including executive-level recruitment. This role serves as a key partner to the Manager, Recruitment, offering guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members while helping lead strategic initiatives and continuous process improvements.
The Recruiter is expected to proactively identify top talent, manage complex searches, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
