21st Century Scholar Success Coordinator

As a part of a diverse community of faculty and staff who represent many faith systems and worldviews, Marian University seeks a 21st Century Scholar Success Coordinator to promote our Catholic Franciscan mission and identity by supporting, advising, and advocating for 21st Century Scholars while fostering their academic success, personal development, and engagement within the Marian University community. The 21st Century Scholar Success Coordinator reports to the Assistant Vice President of Transformational Leadership and serves as a key member of the Transformational Leadership team. The Coordinator is a student-centered professional with strong relationship-building and communication skills who is committed to supporting student persistence, success, and belonging.
