Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js**.
- Build and optimize cloud-native applications on AWS**.
- Develop and maintain event-driven and messaging-based architectures using SQS** and SNS**.
- Design and manage serverless solutions with AWS Lambda**.
- Work with DynamoDB** to build high-performance, scalable data solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, low-latency backend services.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance, availability, and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
Must-have Skills*** ***

+5 years of experience working as a Frontend Engineer.

Strong experience with Node.js** and backend application development.

Hands-on experience with AWS**, including:

Experience designing and developing scalable distributed systems.

Knowledge of asynchronous programming and event-driven architectures.

Experience building RESTful APIs and backend integrations.

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice-to-have:
- **AI Tooling Proficiency: **Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
- Experience building systems that process millions of messages per day** with high reliability.
- Experience designing and optimizing low-latency** distributed systems.
- Knowledge of graceful degradation** strategies to ensure service resilience under failure conditions.
- Experience with high-availability, fault-tolerant, and cloud-native architectures.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and scalability best practices.
