Finance of America is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the evolution of its Loan Origination System and other enterprise SaaS platforms. Reporting to the SVP of Digital Product, this role drives product strategy, roadmap development, and continuous system enhancements to improve lending workflows across processing, underwriting, and closing.
Responsibilities include
partnering with engineering and business teams, managing integrations, and ensuring scalability and performance. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of product management experience, strong technical fluency, and the ability to drive clarity and outcomes in complex, ambiguous environments.
