Assistant General Manager (Warehousing)

Job Overview: NRS is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager for one of our fast-paced Distribution Centers. The ideal candidate has run a large (1M+ sq. ft.) high-volume warehouse distribution center operation and has a progressive track record of driving operational efficiency and results. Exceptional interpersonal team leadership skills are essential as you’ll oversee a staff of up to 5 Operations Managers.

This role will focus on maintaining safety, efficiency, and consistency across assigned shifts while leading and developing frontline Managers and Supervisors. The ideal candidate has prior WMS knowledge, and a passion for building teams and driving process improvements. This position plays a vital role in ensuring customer requirements are met.
