Job Title: Data Architect Experience Level: 15 - 20 years Location: Hyderabad Qualification: BTech/MTech/MCA Mode of Work: Hybrid We are looking for an experienced Data Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance data solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data architecture, cloud platforms, and modern data frameworks, with the ability to guide clients and teams in building next-generation data platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end design and architecture of enterprise-scale data solutions across cloud and hybrid environments. Define and implement data strategies, governance, and architecture best practices aligned to business needs. Architect and optimize data pipelines, ETL/ELT frameworks, and real-time data processing solutions.
Provide technical leadership for building data lakes, warehouses, and advanced analytics platforms. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions. Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and cloud-native services for data integration, storage, and consumption.
Ensure data security, compliance, and governance practices are embedded in all solutions. Mentor teams on modern data architecture patterns including data mesh and domain-driven data ownership. Act as a trusted client advisor by presenting solution designs, conducting workshops, and driving architecture discussions.
Requirements
15–22 years of IT experience, with a minimum of 5+ years in data architecture roles. Strong expertise in data processing frameworks and ETL/ELT pipeline development. Proven experience in architecture and deploying solutions on AWS and Azure cloud platforms. Hands-on expertise in data integration, real-time streaming, and API-based data access.
Proficiency in data modelling (structured, semi-structured, and unstructured). Deep understanding of data lakes, data warehouses, and modern data architecture patterns (data mesh, lakehouse, etc.) Experience with tools such as Apache Airflow, AWS Glue, Databricks, Azure Synapse, Redshift, or equivalent. Knowledge of data security, compliance, and governance in large-scale enterprise environments.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills with experience in client-facing roles.
