Director of Employment Services

The Director of Employment Services provides strategic leadership and oversight for all employment-related programs within Easterseals Northeast Indiana. This position ensures the delivery of high-quality, person-centered services that promote competitive integrated employment, skill development, and independence for individuals with disabilities and other barriers to work.

The Director is responsible for program strategy, fiscal management, staff leadership, and the continuous improvement of services in alignment with agency mission and values. This role drives the development of cohesive, data-driven teams that operate with excellence, innovation, and accountability, ensuring Easterseals Northeast Indiana remains a leader in employment services and inclusive workforce initiatives.
