Job description
As a GTS Manager, you will lead and develop a medium, multi-disciplinary and multi-location teams, taking full ownership of operational delivery, performance outcomes, and service excellence. You will act as a senior leader within the function, defining direction, setting clear objectives, and ensuring the successful execution of business priorities.
You drive the execution of business strategy, translating strategic priorities into measurable outcomes that support growth and profitability You will initiate and lead initiatives that enhance our service quality whilst also drive efficiency improvements and cost optimisation You will develop strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners, ensuring the delivery SLA, KPI, and service quality commitments Actively participate in management meetings and other internal or external discussions You will develop strong stakeholder relationships You will establish strong internal and cross-functional networks to enable collaboration, scalability, and service excellence You will own end-to-end service quality and customer satisfaction across your area of responsibility You will lead the resolution of escalation You lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams, creating a strong culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous growth You set clear performance expectations and actively manage outcomes, ensuring alignment with business objectives You will be responsible for the hiring, onboarding and development of new team members You will proactively coach and support employee development of your team You will be a visible and credible leader, fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and collaborative environment Requirements You bring strong management experience with at least 3 years in a similar fast paced, complex operational or commercial area You are fluent in German (Business level) and English You have experience working with reports and management tools to drive performance You show strong business understanding and think and act in an entrepreneurial way You have strong problem-solving skills & effective decision maker You are a confident communicator across all levels You can handle and resolve escalations effectively You stay resilient and self-motivated in challenging situations You are comfortable using MS Office applications Must be able to travel Internationally (primarily to Germany) Benefits SAP/Finance trainings, language courses Stable career path, hybrid working, cross-team project opportunities.
