EMPLOYEE OWNER POSITION PURPOSE:
WBC is a full-service, turnkey reconstruction firm focused on delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. Our in-house tradesmen support a diverse client base, including homeowners, construction professionals, boutique builders, and large-scale residential developers. We provide services across Southern California for HOAs, apartment communities, condominiums, and single-family homes. We are seeking a Construction Technician I, who takes pride in delivering seamless, high-quality repairs and understands the importance of both structural integrity and visual consistency.
