Job description
Responsibilities include
overall supervision of Care Managers and other assigned staff. Recruitment, interviewing and hiring, training, evaluating, and scheduling staff. The Program Manager also oversees on-going security and safety of the facility, accountability for the resident population, and supervising the orientation of all new residents and staff.
