Job description
Our Preconstruction Manager will work out of our Midwest Division, located in Edina, Minnesota. The Preconstruction Manager serves as a working manager responsible for the overall success of assigned projects during the preconstruction and bidding phases. Reporting to the Director, Preconstruction, this role will lead and mentor a team while managing preconstruction deliverables.
The Preconstruction Manager drives the preconstruction process and requires strong collaboration with development, design, and operations teams to deliver projects that meet scope, budget, and schedule expectations while supporting company growth and profitability.
