Job description
The General Manager holds the responsibility for leading one or more large volume operation(s) on the ODW campus. Operation(s) may include management of a single facility/operation, which may serve a multi-disciplined customer base or multi-facility operations.
Responsibilities include
safety, customer relations, operational oversight, business metrics, staff development, business development support, and P&L. this position may have one or more subordinate Operations Manager(s) as direct reports, as well as functional support manager leadership responsibilities.
