About the Role
Weber Shandwick is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our B2B Digital Marketing team. In this role, you will be essential to the success of our integrated campaigns, supporting the team in executing marketing strategies for major B2B clients. You'll get hands-on experience with campaign coordination, data reporting, marketing automation, and content development, providing a fantastic opportunity to grow your digital marketing skills.
This position is based in our Baltimore office on a hybrid schedule and is part of the agency’s South business unit (Atlanta, Baltimore, Washington D.C.)

What You'll Do
- Campaign Execution & Support: Assist in the day-to-day management and execution of integrated B2B marketing campaigns, coordinating with creative, media, and account teams to ensure deliverables are on track.
- Reporting & Analytics: Help compile and analyze campaign data, review performance deliverables, and contribute to reports that track progress against client goals.
- Project Coordination: Support project logistics by maintaining project trackers, updating status documents, and coordinating the delivery of assets across teams.
- Research & Ideation: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and client landscapes, and actively participate in team brainstorms by sharing fresh ideas.
What You'll Bring
- Basic Qualifications: - 1-3 years of experience in the digital communications or marketing industry; agency experience is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with digital marketing principles, including demand generation, lead generation, and email marketing.
- Basic understanding of or exposure to Mar. Tech tools (e.g., Marketing Automation, CRM, CMS) and analytics platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Salary Range: $50,000 USD – $55,000 USD Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications. $55,000.00 - $55,000.00 Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
