Job description
The Special Events Specialist is responsible for coordinating and executing assigned casino special events, entertainment programs, VIP experiences, community engagement activities, and signature property events that drive guest participation, loyalty, and revenue. Under the direction of the Promotion and Events Manager, this position plans and coordinates event logistics from concept through execution, coordinating with internal departments and external vendors, and serves as the operational lead for assigned events.
The Special Events Specialist supports the successful delivery of marketing initiatives while helping create memorable experiences that support the Muckleshoot Casino Resort brand. Must be available to work flexible shift schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
