With over a decade of experience in delivering value-driven solutions, we are now expanding our training division to empower the next generation of BIM professionals Profile Overview: The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the timely and successful completion of assigned projects.
This role requires strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to following instructions to achieve the best outcomes. We are looking for a versatile and detail-focused team player who excels at multitasking, consistently produces high-quality work, and meets deadlines reliably.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage BIM-based project execution, ensuring alignment with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Supervise and support the MEP BIM team, providing training, resolving technical issues, and optimizing workflows.
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to understand BIM requirements and ensure deliverables meet expectations.
- Implement and maintain quality control processes, ensuring compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and industry standards.
- Stay updated on BIM trends and tools, evaluating new technologies and promoting continuous learning within the team Qualification, Experience, and Skills:
- B.Tech/M Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- 8-10 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and any other BIM software
- Team player with strong communication skills in English.
- Proactive in associating with managers, leads and achieving specified work targets
