IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL: Be responsible for the accurate reporting of pending receivables Prepare, verify, and process invoices and credit notes in a timely and accurate manner Organise records of invoices, order forms, and payment trackers Maintain records of pending payments for all customers Ensure timely collection of customer payments Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and AR reports for income segregated by category Prepare periodic revenue forecast reports Ensure a high-quality invoicing and collection process that ensures a smooth collection process Assist in the account reconciliations, reporting, and annual audit when needed Requirements A PERFECT CANDIDATE HAS: Qualification: B.
Com or any bachelor's degree with 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience Must speak Hindi and English Proven work experience as a Revenue or Accounts Receivable executive Hands-on experience with accounting software, preferably Zoho Books Familiarity with advanced formulas in MS Excel Excellent analytical skills, along with the ability to create and present detailed reports Ability to accurately process numerical data Team management and negotiation skills Problem-solving attitude Confidentiality Excellent customer handling skills Sound like a fit?
