Sr. Planning Engineer - MEP (Urgent Hiring)

Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading Tier 1 contracting company in the UAE to recruit a highly skilled Senior Planning Engineer – MEP for high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and coordination of MEP works to ensure timely and efficient project execution.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage project schedules, work programs, and progress reports for MEP activities.
• Monitor project progress and identify delays, risks, and corrective action plans.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Support planning and execution of MEP works for high-rise building projects.
• Review project drawings, technical documents, and construction schedules.
• Assist in resource planning, productivity tracking, and project forecasting.
• Prepare recovery schedules and progress presentations for management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines, company standards, and contractual requirements.
• Maintain planning records, reports, and project documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in contracting companies.
• Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
• Good understanding of MEP systems and coordination processes.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple project priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
