The Night Shift State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) provides compassionate, resident-centered care during overnight hours, ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of all residents.
Responsibilities include
assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, toileting, repositioning, and mobility assistance while promoting each resident's dignity and independence. The STNA responds promptly to call lights, performs routine safety checks, monitors residents for changes in condition, and reports any concerns to the nursing staff in a timely manner.
They maintain accurate documentation, help keep resident rooms and common areas clean and organized, and work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide high-quality care.
