Maintenance Technician II - Palladia

Salary range: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour, plus potential bonus. Holland is seeking a skilled and service-oriented Maintenance Technician II to join our collaborative property maintenance team at our established community, Palladia in Hillsboro, Oregon. The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to ensure all physical aspects of the property are maintained to meet company set standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety and overall functionality.
