Employment Compliance Coordinator

Under general supervision of the Human Resources Department’s Community Employment Manager, establishes, monitors and continuously improves the Employment Compliance Program to ensure compliance with all employment related SRPMIC Community Ordinances, directives, policies, practices and procedures.  Works to support the Community’s Labor and Employment Ordinance, hiring preference policy and ensures maximum opportunities for Community Members with all Tribal entities, employers, contractors, vendors and others.
