Maintenance Technician II - Part Time

Princeton Property Management is looking for an experienced and self-motivated part-time Maintenance Tech II to join our team to the Jailen's Pointe Apartments in Vancouver.

Location: Vancouver, Washington

Schedule: Part-time 24 hours per week, Monday, Wednesday, Friday Wage Range: $26.00–$28.00/hour (DOE)

Additional Compensation: $50/month phone reimbursement

We’re looking for someone with 2 or more years of experience in property management maintenance, with well-rounded skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair. In this role, you’ll handle a variety of general maintenance tasks to keep our communities operating smoothly and safely.
