Renovation Technician

The Renovation Technician is responsible for renovating and restoring resident apartments through high-quality painting, drywall repair, carpentry, and general maintenance work. This role performs a variety of renovation tasks, including installing fixtures, cabinetry, trim, plumbing, and electrical components while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a professional standard.

The position also documents work in Worx. Hub, maintains clean and organized work areas, and provides excellent service by protecting resident property throughout the renovation process.
