AM/Manager- Corporate Finance and Transaction Support

Job Title: Assistant Manager/Manager –Corporate Finance & Transaction Support (Infrastructure Sector) Location: Hyderabad, India Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Corporate Finance professional to join our client’s team, specializing in for the infrastructure sector, particularly focused on agro-logistics.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 -8 years of experience in investment banking, with a strong track record in debt syndication projects and a deep understanding of the infrastructure and agro-logistics sectors in India. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent analytical skills, financial acumen, and the ability to manage complex transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Analysis and Modeling: Develop detailed financial models and perform valuation analyses to support transaction decisions. Analyze financial statements and assess the creditworthiness of potential clients. Documentation and Compliance: Prepare and review transaction documentation, including term sheets, loan agreements, and regulatory filings.

Ensure all transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements

CA/MBA-Finance Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on debt syndication and the infrastructure sector. Strong understanding of the Indian financial market, regulatory environment, and infrastructure industry trends. Candidate should be proficient in financial modelling, data analysis, preparation of IM, MIS & investor reporting and deal pitch to lenders / investors Preferably from an infrastructure financing background either in Corporate or Investment Banking firm with some experience in project finance, working capital, (mix of debt & equity will do) Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and presentation skills.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
