• JD( ITSM and CMDB) SCOPE Responsible for Service Now developer, support and collaboration with process owners, enhancing core applications and ensuring delivery and on-going support of IT solutions. The Service. Now developer is accountable for configuring and setting up Service. Now modules/applications. . ACCOUNTABILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Coordinate with Service. Now peers, including administrators, business analysts, developers, and Architects to deliver projects Ability to develop and configure applications using Service. Now, and JavaScript technology Perform configuration and development using Workflows, Flow designers, Business rules & Client scripts in Service. Now. Perform Service. Now Integration with different applications. Assist Service. Now Architect with upgrade planning, testing, and implementation between development and production instances Build and extend Service. Now Scoped applications for internal users Build customized Service portal web pages with user friendly widgets using Bootstrap and AngularJS JavaScript frameworks. Work closely with onshore and offshore Service. Now team SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS Deep working knowledge of most or all the following: ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Portal, Integration Hub Hands-on experience with and demonstrated proficiency in JavaScript, Angular JS, or other related languages System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP Experience with extending the Service. Now schema to custom applications Experience with use of Workflow Editor and Flow Designer Understanding of Service. Now’s license and entitlement structure Experience with Service. Now platform upgrades Experience with Automated Testing Framework.

EDUCATION

& EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree. 5+ years related experience required. Previous experience in deploying and managing Service. Now is required.
