Job description
Job Purpose: The Release of Information (ROI) Specialist II is responsible for processing requests for continuation of care, attorneys, court certifications, FMLA/disability, and insurance companies’ medical records in accordance with regulatory requirements, clinic policies and procedures, and federal and state statutes.
These individuals also triage and route telephone calls regarding the Health Information Department and release of information requests.
