Job description
The Production Supervisor will supervise the day-to-day plant manufacturing operations. This includes ensuring timeliness of shipping goals, cost objectives and quality standards are met. This role also implements all safety programs, and fosters a strong safety culture by promoting awareness, accountability, and proactive safety measures.
Reviews orders and productions schedules to determine work force adjustments. This role supervises a team of hourly union employees.
