Trainer - Six Sigma (Freelance)

Deliver comprehensive Lean Six Sigma training programs at Green Belt and Black Belt levels. Provide detailed explanation of DMAIC methodology with real-world applications and examples. Guide participants in identifying, executing, and completing live Six Sigma projects. Conduct sessions on statistical analysis and process improvement tools.

Evaluate project submissions and provide constructive feedback for improvement. Facilitate interactive workshops, case studies, and group exercises. Support learners in preparing for Six Sigma certification assessments. Monitor and track participant progress throughout the training program. Provide post-training mentoring and guidance on project implementation.

Continuously update training materials in line with industry standards and advancements.

Requirements

Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (mandatory requirement). Minimum 5–10 years of experience in process improvement and quality management. Strong knowledge of statistical tools and methodologies. Hands-on experience in executing Six Sigma projects across industries. Prior experience in training, coaching, or mentoring professionals.

Proficiency in tools such as Minitab or equivalent statistical software. Excellent presentation and facilitation skills. Ability to engage participants through practical and interactive learning methods. Exposure to multiple industry domains will be advantageous. Availability to conduct freelance training sessions as per schedule.
