About the Role
The Graduate Engineer Trainee will support procurement, supplier coordination, inventory management, and supply chain operations. This role provides hands-on exposure to sourcing processes, supplier development, material planning, and logistics while building a strong foundation in aerospace supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in procurement activities including RFQ preparation, supplier follow-ups, and quotation analysis. Support material planning, inventory tracking, and order management activities. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and supply chain documentation.
Assist in supplier performance monitoring and reporting. Support logistics coordination and material movement activities. Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and quality standards. Complete assigned training modules and projects within defined timelines. Location: Hyderabad, India (On-site) Requirements Qualifications: Required: B.
E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related disciplines. Basic understanding of supply chain, procurement, and manufacturing operations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred: Internship or academic project exposure in procurement, operations, supply chain, or manufacturing.
Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis. Basic understanding of ERP systems and inventory management concepts. Strong interest in supply chain and operations management.
