Responsibilities
Orchestrate social media content strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Tik. Tok, and YouTube Create an editorial calendar based on the overall marketing calendar, develop content, and ensure deadlines are met during the execution phase Lead content marketing initiatives, including written, video, and photo content, to support business objectives Edit, proofread, and continuously improve content Drive traffic and engagement that contribute to sales and strengthen brand awareness Measure the results of marketing activities and analyze social media traffic and engagement metrics Understand social media platforms and know which types of content perform best on each channel Design and implement creative marketing strategies to support local events and PR activities Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, or a related field Proven experience as a Content Marketing Specialist in content marketing, copywriting, design, photoshoots, and video content creation Ability to anticipate audience preferences with an editorial mindset Experience in building and engaging online communities across social media platforms Data-driven and highly analytical mindset and proficiency in social media analytics tools Strong time management skills Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Latvian and English Passion for the automotive industry Our offer: Valuable experience working for one of the largest automotive groups in the Baltics, Moller Auto Baltic An opportunity to work with talented and highly skilled colleagues Career growth opportunities within a large organization offering diverse development paths An international working environment and close collaboration with the Pan-Baltic Marketing & Communications team Monthly salary starting from 1800 EUR gross, depending on your skills and experience Health insurance and other employee benefits and discounts available to Moller Auto employees If you are a passionate, results-oriented, and self-driven professional who is eager to make an impact and contribute to the growth of our business, don't miss the opportunity to join one of the leading automotive groups in the Baltics and our fantastic Marketing & Communications team.
