Job description
The Estimator will plan, coordinate, and/or prepare full estimates for large, complex HVAC Mechanical work and contracts. This position will work with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to generate budgets, proposals, hard bids, etc. for commercial, industrial, and institutional projects. They will be responsible for review of all final estimate packages with the General Manager to ensure accuracy and completeness.
The Estimator will also perform negotiation of contract scope, buyout of projects, and write-ups for accounting.
