Referral Coordinator, Orthopedic Associates

8:00AM-5:00PM Monday-Friday

Performs all aspects of referral management to include: incoming, outgoing, home health, EMR generated in-basket and patient precertification. Performs all aspects of the front office including patient registration, answering phone lines, scheduling patient appointments, and assisting with routing patient concerns to the proper person for resolution. Ensures all demographic data is collected and is entered correctly into the system. Enters insurance information, co-pay and co-insurance information and scans identification and insurance cards as required.
