The firm has a tight-knit team of 17 employees and is known for delivering high-quality engineering design services on some of the region's most iconic high-rise and commercial projects.
Interview Process: 1 video/phone interview + 1 in-person Start Timeline: Immediate Work Eligibility: U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents Company Benefits: 15 days PTO Flexible schedules Monthly profit-based bonuses Training reimbursement Healthcare and 401(k) launching soon Senior Electrical Engineer Compensation: $95K–$130K (negotiable for top candidates) What We Are Looking For: An experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to lead and design electrical systems for large-scale MEP/FP projects, including some of Miami’s most iconic buildings.
The ideal candidate is technically sound, detail-oriented, and experienced in client-facing leadership roles.
Responsibilities
- Designing electrical systems for MEP/FP projects
- Preparing detailed electrical layouts and power distribution analysis
- Coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure project cohesion
- Ensuring code and safety compliance
- Managing timelines and overseeing design implementation Qualifications Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 8+ years of experience in electrical design and engineering
- Strong knowledge of power systems and distribution
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- PE license preferred
