Team Leader - Supported Living Program

Being a Team Leader is more than a job – it’s a calling. You will oversee, train, and develop the Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) assigned to you. You will collaborate with and respond to questions from our residents, their family, and other internal staff or external partners. You will be an advocate for our residents ensuring their medical, emotional, and safety needs are met.
