We're looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor, someone who sets the bar high, brings the team along with them and takes real pride in the spaces they look after. Your Part in the Kabannas Story You lead by doing. Across 52 private & dormitory rooms, you'll set the standard from the floor, hands-on, every day. Key Responsibilities
Clean and turn around rooms as part of the daily operation Coach and support your team on the floor, day in, day out Manage rotas, leave and absences Oversee orders, deliveries and stock Keep quality high and standards higher Work closely with Front of House and Maintenance to keep everything running smoothly Who You Are You have hands-on experience leading a housekeeping team, a sharp eye for detail and the ability to coach and motivate the people around you.
