About the Role

We are seeking experienced CNC Milling Operators to join our advanced aerospace manufacturing team in Romania, EU. This is a unique opportunity for motivated professionals with proven machining expertise, particularly in the aerospace industry. We provide full relocation support and a comprehensive onboarding program to ensure a smooth transition.

Provide 4-6 weeks upgrade training from 3 axis to 5 axis VMC.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities Operate and set up 3-axis CNC milling machines as per engineering drawings and work orders. Load and secure raw materials, tools, and fixtures for machining operations. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, to ensure accurate machining. Monitor machine operations, adjusting feeds, speeds, and offsets as necessary to maintain tolerances.

Perform accurate machine setups, including zero-point alignment and tool offsets. Inspect machined parts using precision measuring instruments (callipers, micrometres, height gauges, etc.) Ensure conformance to GD&T requirements and aerospace-quality surface finish standards.

Qualifications

& Experience Education High School Diploma (required) Technical/associate degree (preferred) Experience 2–4 years of experience as a CNC 3-axis milling operator and setter in a production environment. Proven experience with Okuma machines & OSP controllers Knowledge of cutting tools, materials, and machining best practices.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. CNC program editing at the machine controller. Strong knowledge of engineering drawings, tolerances, and GD&T Good problem-solving skills and commitment to continuous improvement.
