The Assistant Director of Banquets is responsible for supporting the Director of Banquets in overseeing  all aspects of banquet operations to ensure a seamless event experience for guests. This role includes  managing staff, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring that all events meet the high standards  expected by clients and guests.
