Summary of Role Lead contract data migration projects by managing document extraction, system uploads, and quality checks for our clients. Your Impact & What You'll Do Manage Projects: Oversee multiple contract migration projects from start to finish. Lead Discovery: Work with clients to locate contract files, metadata, and key details.
Extract & Structure: Pull mandatory contract data and organize documents into proper structures. Upload & Test: Perform actual data uploads, conduct quality checks, and lead testing (UAT) with clients. Fix Issues: Track and resolve any data or migration errors. Tool Expertise: Strong knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and legal project tools. Legal Background: A Law degree (Bachelor's or Master's) is preferred. Client Skills: Clear written and verbal communication with strong problem-solving skills.
