Jones, Skelton & Hochuli is growing and we are looking to hire a Legal Staff Development Manager. The Legal Staff Development Manager is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of legal staff/support staff operations. This role oversees the supervision of legal assistants, including hiring, performance evaluations, and terminations.
This position also oversees, supervises, and works closely with the Paralegal Manager, Legal Support Manager, and Back-Up Team Coordinator to ensure seamless collaboration. Candidates must have 3+ years of law firm experience, preferably in a staff management position.
