Principal Consultant : Full Stack (Architecture & Delivery Lead)

Role Purpose Own the end-to-end technical architecture and delivery of client solutions. Act as the single point of technical accountability while balancing architecture quality with delivery velocity.

Key Responsibilities

• Own system architecture for FastAPI-based backend and ReactJS frontend
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs
• Lead technical discussions with client stakeholders
• Define API standards, data models, and integration patterns
• Review and approve architecture, PRs, and critical code paths
• Guide Associate Consultants and Developers on best practices
• Make final decisions on performance, security, and scalability trade-offs
• Collaborate with AWS infrastructure teams on deployment strategies What This Role Is NOT
• Not a hands-on-only coding role
• Not limited to backend or frontend only
• Not a project manager role Requirements Required Skills
• Strong FastAPI architecture (async, dependency injection, background tasks)
• REST API design, authentication, authorization patterns
• ReactJS architecture understanding (state, performance, component patterns)
• Azure OR AWS services (EC2, ECS/Lambda, RDS, S3, IAM)
• Experience leading teams in client-facing environments
• Excellent communication and technical articulation skills Success Metrics
