Location: Brea, CA Pay: $23–$24/hr Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm Type: Temp‑to‑Hire Overtime: Possible during the week and occasional Saturdays Job Description: A fast‑growing manufacturing facility is seeking a 1st Shift Production Team Lead for its Packaging department. This role oversees packaging operations, ensuring workflow efficiency, product quality, and daily output goals are met.

The Team Lead will manage packaging operators and maintain a safe, organized production environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise packaging line operators. Oversee packaging line setup, workflow, and quality checks. Ensure accurate labeling, packaging, and product handling. Troubleshoot bottlenecks and adjust workflow as needed. Track production output and inventory counts. Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization. Communicate updates and issues through internal systems.

Requirements

2+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or packaging. Strong communication and team‑management skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment. Willingness to work overtime when needed.
