Dynatrace APM Engineer Key Skills: Dynatrace, Application Performance Management (APM) Experience Required: 6–8 Years Role Description: Incident Management | Performance Monitoring
- Dynatrace Configuration & Implementation
- Install, configure, and maintain Dynatrace Managed/SaaS environments.
- Deploy and manage Dynatrace OneAgent across Windows, Linux, Cloud, and Container platforms.
- Configure monitoring for: Web applications, Microservices and APIs, Databases and middleware, Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
- Set up custom services, dashboards, and alerts aligned with business KPIs.
- Monitoring & Performance Optimization
- Analyze application performance using Dynatrace features such as PurePath tracing, Smartscape topology, and AI-powered Davis insights.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents and outages.
- Alerting & Incident Support
- Configure alert profiles, anomaly detection, and problem notifications.
- Integrate Dynatrace with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
- Provide L2/L3 support for Dynatrace-related incidents.
- Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and DevOps teams for issue resolution.
- Automation & Integration
- Utilize Dynatrace APIs for automation and integration.
- Support CI/CD pipelines with monitoring integrations.
- Create scripts or automation workflows for onboarding applications.
