Agency: Omnicom Health Job Function: Data and Analytics Job Subfunction: Data Science and Analytics Job Description: Data Analyst As a core member of the Experience team, the Data Analyst partners with the client and agency extended teams to build stand-out strategies and tactics, and turn brand strategies into actionable multi-channel experiences.

You identify engagement opportunities best suited to deliver the brand’s story and drive customer loyalty. In this role, you will be forward thinking and eager to work with agency partners to continually evaluate each tactic’s performance, as well as help evaluate the success of each tactic. You are driven and enthusiastic, and eager to build disruptive strategies.

Your Day-to-Day Craft insightful briefs that inspire best-in-class creative, with a thoughtful understanding of the target audience, channel best practices, and user needs Conduct customer research and data analysis to inform strategy and recommendations Partner with UX and Brand/Medical Strategy teams to orchestrate journey mapping workshops, ideation sessions, and tactical omnichannel planning Support tactical execution across a wide range of channels including emails, websites, social, AR/VR, conferences Research new marketing ideas that are going to break through the noise and support thinking/ideas with research-driven insights Monitor in-market activities to ensure the agency is always thinking one step ahead of competitors and proactively make bold, insight-driven recommendations Keep abreast of emerging technical, social, data collection, and marketing trends Evaluate each tactic’s performance and compile performance reports, pulling through data insights into brief development, customer journeys, usability testing, and creative execution Utilize external sources to pull competitive data and compile competitive audits Partner with Account Services and Strategy teams to fully understand marketing goals and test objectives Present your findings, keep your team up to date and help create strategic recommendations for clients Collaborate with agency partners including but not limited to media and development agencies Core Competencies Curiosity: You proactively keep tabs on industry, discipline trends, facts and share with teams.

You probe to find the deeper meaning, are entrepreneurial, and solutions-oriented. Initiative: You work on deliverables independently and proactively communicate and provide updates on progress. You prepare summary insights and presentation documents that highlight key findings and recommendations. Storytelling: You relate recommendations back to the business problem and leverage analytic processes and tools to uncover insights.

You enjoy explaining complex concepts and leveraging data visualization to bring your story to life. Qualifications/Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, data analysis, and/or strategy Understanding of performance marketing analytics and data platforms such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics Demonstrate good problem-solving and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to set priorities while handling multiple projects and to delegate work appropriately Excellent written, presentation, and oral communication skills Experience managing and coordinating multiple projects The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of an Omnicom Health Group company in the United States.

Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.

95,000 Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
