Job description
Job Title: Chef II Reports to: Head Chef Level: Hourly Schedule: 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation, or as per manager's discretion and business needs
Scope: Responsible for assisting the Chef and other cooks with daily menu preparation, meeting production quotas and preparing made-to-order items while maintaining HACCP and food safety standards in a high-volume lodge kitchen.
