Regional Resident Engagement Partner (12 Month Contract) - Aspira Retirement Living

Reporting to the National Director of Resident Engagement, the Regional Resident Engagement Partner provides strategic support to Resident Engagement Managers (REMs) across Retirement Division. This role is responsible for ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality resident engagement programs and promotes operational excellence through training, site audits and continuous quality improvement.

The Regional Resident Engagement Partner plays a critical role in identifying operational risk, developing improvement strategies and supports the development of procedures and standards that enhance resident experience and ensure consistency across communities.
