We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join a growing team dedicated to making a real difference in patients’ lives.

Schedule: Full-Time & Per Diem opportunities available What You’ll Do Set-up and operate respiratory therapy equipment and deliver therapy prescribed by physicians Deliver high-quality respiratory care while ensuring patient safety and comfort Perform diagnostic testing, including: Pulmonary Function Tests (PFTs) Electrocardiographs (ECGs) Electroencephalography (EEGs) Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams to support patient care plans Participate in on-call rotation as needed Maintain accurate patient documentation and uphold clinical standards Qualifications Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential through the National Board for Respiratory Care Current Montana Respiratory Care Practitioner license Current CPR, ACLS, PALS & NRP Certifications New graduates are welcome to apply What You Can Expect: $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Competitive compensation package Flexible schedule — 3x12 Day Shifts Benefits: Competitive Compensation Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Long & Short-Term Disability Coverage, HSA& FSA Options Generous PTO, Vacation days, holidays & sick leave Tuition Assistance & Reimbursement 403(b) Retirement Plan with 3% employer match Cafeteria, Health Club Membership & Affordable Child Care Success Share Payout Compensation is reviewed annually to remain competitive with industry standards.
