- HLD → LLD Design Execution
- Integration Design & Delivery
- Telecom Domain Application
- Application Integration Architecture
- System Integration, SI architecture or design
- HLD to LLD conversion and technical design documentation
- Hands-on with: APIs (REST, SOAP), microservices
- Integration patterns (event-driven, batch, synchronous, asynchronous)
- Telecom Experience
- Experience in telecom OSS, BSS environments
- Exposure to at least one area: Wireless usage, billing (CDR, rating), inventory, provisioning systems HLD LLD Design Execution:
- Convert high-level architecture into detailed LLD artifacts
- Integration flows
- Sequence diagrams
- Interface specifications and data mappings
- Ensure clarity for development and testing teams Integration Design & Delivery; must design and document:
- API integrations (REST, SOAP)
- System-to-system data flows
- Event-driven or batch integration patterns Support integration across telecom systems such as: CRM, Order Management, Billing, Usage systems, OSS and Inventory platforms Telecom Domain Application Work across one or more areas:
- Wireless usage
- CDR
- Billing flows
- Inventory
- Provisioning systems Apply understanding of:
- OSS
- BSS interactions
- End-to-end service lifecycle (order usage billing) Error Handling & Data Integrity; must design and document:
- Error handling and retry mechanisms
- Data validation and reconciliation approaches Ensure reliability of integration flows Collaboration & Delivery Support with:
- Solution Architects
- Development and QA teams
- Business and domain stakeholders
- Support design clarifications, issue resolution, and delivery timelines Design & Documentation; ability to produce:
- LLD documents, integration flows, and interface designs
- Strong communication and documentation skills Good to Have:
- Experience across both usage and inventory domains
- Exposure to TM Forum (eTOM, SID, Open APIs)
- Experience with Canadian telecom clients (Bell, Rogers, TELUS)
