Mandatory Experience: ✔ Hiring for SaaS Sales roles ✔ Hiring for Enterprise Sales positions ✔ Hiring for B2B IT Sales roles ✔ Strong understanding of sales KPIs – ARR, quota, pipeline, deal size, etc. ✔ Experience hiring Sales Managers, BDMs, Enterprise Sales Executives, Account Managers, etc. Preferred Background: Recruiters from Product-based IT / SaaS companies Recruiters from reputed IT staffing or consulting firms with strong IT Sales hiring exposure Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in closing IT Sales positions
- Strong stakeholder & vendor management skills
- Understanding of sales compensation structures
- Experience working on US/Europe hiring requirements
- Hands-on experience with ATS tools like Ceipal, Zwayam, Workable, etc.
