Now architecture experience across CSM, HRSD & ITSM Expertise in CMDB, Flow Designer, Integration Hub & custom app development Strong knowledge of Service. Now data models, workflows & JavaScript scripting Experience with enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs Hands-on experience integrating Service. Now with SAP, Success.
Factors, or similar systems Strong documentation, solution design & stakeholder management skills Preferred Certifications: CSA, ITIL v3/v4, Implementation Specialist Certifications, CTA/CMA (Plus)
