Monitor, supervise and direct subordinate staff to ensure proper security, safety and control of all inmates at Palmetto Health Richland Medical Center. Ensure proper security staffing for inmate supervision as per SCDC and PHR policies and procedures.  Evaluate officer's duty performance; instruct/counsel as needed.
