Job description
The Transmission Apprentice supports the construction, maintenance, and repair of energized and de-energized transmission lines. This role provides hands-on learning in transmission line operations, with a strong emphasis on safety, teamwork, and technical skill development. Apprentices gain experience in climbing structures, stringing wire, grounding procedures, operating equipment, and troubleshooting transmission systems.
This position is a critical step in the Electra Grid Solutions career path, preparing individuals for advancement to Transmission Lineman roles.
